The service

Mutable is an early preview offered free of charge. We are improving it all the time, so features may change, and we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be 18 or over, or use Mutable with a parent or guardian's consent.
• Tell us at mutable.game@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.

Your content

Your ideas, answers, notes and recordings stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Mutable for you and your team, as described in the privacy notice. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

Rigel and AI guidance

Rigel is an AI guide. Its suggestions can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not legal, financial or professional advice. Check important decisions yourself and with qualified people.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, get around limits, or access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mutable and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why where we can.

Liability

Mutable is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the game or Rigel's guidance.

Changes, law and contact
